Right hand catches on left hand, body turns 180 degrees to right with right foot forward into seisan stance, right hand middle block, left hand straight forward punch.
Right foot steps back into cat stance right hand elbow strike left hand guard to the front.
Body turns 90 degrees left with left leg forward into seisan stance, left hand middle block, right hand 5 straight forward punches, leaving right hand out look right and do right leg side blade kick. Look back forward and starting with left hand do 5 more straight forward punches, step forward right leg into seisan and do right hand upper cut, look left and do left leg side blade kick.
Turn body 90 degrees left into seisan stance, left hand upper block and right hand straight forward punch, Kiai.
