1. Right foot comes to left foot then steps forward into side chico dachi hands covering groin. Hands cross up in front and out to middle haito uke’s. Hands cross close fists double tatsui’s (hammer fists) to chest level. Hands cross left hand pulls back to hip and right does haito uke to front waist level, right hand turns over left hand opens right pulls in as left goes out to right side obi. (hands even)
2. Slight pivot to front, left foot comes to right foot then steps forward into side chico dachi hands covering groin. Hands cross up in front and out to middle haito uke’s. Hands cross close fists double tatsui’s (hammer fists) to chest level. Hands cross right hand pulls back to hip and left does haito uke to front waist level, left hand turns over right hand opens left pulls in as right goes out to left side obi. (hands even)

4. Left foot steps back and right foot slides into niko ashi dachi, right hand slides up body and back fist strike to left hand.
5. Right foot steps out into Seisan forward, left hand twist over to right wrist, right hand reinforced seiken, right hand pulls back leaving left hand out, upper empi uchi into left hand, right hand catch into left hand on left side. (Fingers no higher then fist)
6. Right foot steps out into Seisan forward on 45 degree to right, reinforced middle block right.
7. Left foot steps forward into chico dachi (same angle) left hand forward lower block.
8. Left foot steps backward into chico dachi right hand forward lower block, left hand catch into right hand on right side.
9. Left foot steps out into Seisan forward on 90 degree to left, reinforced middle block left.
10. Right foot steps forward into chico dachi (same angle) right hand forward lower block.
11. Right foot steps backward into chico dachi left hand forward lower block.
12. Left foot comes to right then straight back into chico dachi, left hand pull back (wipe the brow) hand straight up behind head, right hand from back shuto strike to obi level.
13. Right foot comes to left then straight back into chico dachi, right hand pull back (wipe the brow) hand straight up behind head, left hand from back shuto strike to obi level.
14. Right foot step up into forward Seisan stance, right hand comes forward and strikes left hand. (chin level) Shuffle step forward and right hand upper cut guided by left.
15. Right foot step left across in front and pivot 225 degrees into left forward Seisan dachi, left hand middle block and right hand lower block.
16. Left foot step out into chico dachi (same angle). Right hand guard at solar plexus left hand at hip. Left hand upper cut, left hand back fist, right hand pull back to hip and left hand lower block.
17. Left foot comes to right then steps back into chico dachi, right hand lower block
18. Right foot step out to left turning 180 degrees into forward Seisan dachi, left hand middle block and right hand lower block.
19. Right foot step out into chico dachi (same angle). Left hand guard at solar plexis right hand at hip. Right hand upper cut, right hand back fist, left hand pull back to hip and right hand lower block.
20. Right foot comes to left then steps back into chico dachi, left hand lower block.
21. Left foot step back 135 degrees into cat stance left elbow strike to rear, right hand guard to front.
22. Right foot steps back into cat stance right elbow strike to rear, left hand guard to front.
23. Left heal down right hand punch (groin level) left hand cover neck (palm inside)
24. Left hand grabs opponent pulls into guard at solar plexus, right foot steps forward into Seisan as right hand does back fist to nose.
25. Left foot steps back into Cat Stance, arms raise in circle motion, elbows in then push out.
