Turn 90 degrees left with left leg forward seisan stance, left hand lower block then middle block, left palm goes to right cheek then shuto to solar plexus then right hand goes to right ear then shuto to collar bone, right hand catch on left.
Turn 180 degrees to right with right leg forward into seisan stance, right hand lower block then middle block, right palm goes to left cheek then shuto to solar plexus then left hand goes to left ear then shuto to collar bone.
Turn 90 degrees to left with left leg forward into seisan stance left hand upper elbow block then back fist, right hand straight forward punch.
